I was able to acquire a mint unit with probe, manual and in its original box. There could be a little confusion about PS148 and PS148A types. The PS148 uses rectifier tubes, the PS148A has diodes. The schematic in the manual is for a PS148A. This is a good example of the beginning of solid state starting to take over.
I was not able to find a serial number.
