This oscilloscope is typical for its vintage general purpose scope. Based on experience with other scopes of the same vintage and similar parts, this one will not work and capacitors will have to be replaced. It appears some work was already done on it, but not in a good way. The front connector for signal input was replaced with BNC connector. According to a sticker, the last calibration was done in 1973.
